Her first relationship after her breakup with Anwar Hadid last year, Dua Lipa is now dating Jack Harlow. The rapper and hit-making pop star are reportedly “talking,” according to Us Weekly.
The two got to know one another in person for the first time at the Variety Hitmakers Brunch held in Los Angeles earlier this month, the insider informed the outlet. “They like each other and are both interested to see where things go next,” the source added. They “loved each other’s vibe” after that, so they stayed in touch.
Harlow reportedly made the decision to take a shot before ever meeting Lipa by titling a song from his most recent album after her. “Dua Lipa, I’m tryna do more with her than do a feature,” is a famous line from the song’s lyrics.
The source remembered Lipa’s initial answer, saying, “They had FaceTimed before when Jack requested Dua permission for his song about her, but that was an unpleasant call for everyone.”
In December 2021, after dating for two years, Dua Lipa and Anwar Hadid—the younger brother of models Gigi and Bella Hadid—decided to part ways. According to a source who spoke at the time, “Dua and Anwar are now taking a break from their relationship and are spending time apart.” They are currently working things out.
