Son of actress Angelina Jolie Is Not Entering The Art World

She is one of the most well-known women in the world. Her six children are. And one of them is supposedly building a career in the arts under a fictitious name right now.

Two years ago, we could have used the first sentence to describe Rocco Richie, the son of Madonna who has found a niche in painting as Maison Rhed. Pax Jolie-Pitt, Angelina Jolie’s 19-year-old son, now appears to qualify for the same. That information comes from Page Six, which claims Pax is getting ready to make his gallery debut as “Embtto.”

Update: An Angelia Jolie spokesman has stated that Pax is not an artist using a fictitious name and that the news is untrue. Below is the rest of the original post:

In 2021, Pax graduated from high school, but it wasn’t immediately clear what he planned to do next. Jolie did, however, disclose that Pax and his older brother Maddox will be working as associate directors on her upcoming film Without Blood.

It’s uncertain how much a celebrity parent may help a career in the visual arts, but news of Pax’s entry into the field of art coincides with the internet’s fervent interest in the idea of nepo babies (children of celebrities who go into show business themselves) (aside, of course, from providing economic comfort). Art speaks for itself at the end of the day.

In actuality, the business and trading side is where you’ll find the nepo babies of the art world most frequently. Numerous well-known artists have sired offspring who go on to work as art dealers. The fact that Princess Eugenie is a director of a significant art gallery, though, may be the best example.
